The planned climate protection investment bonus is no longer part of the Growth Opportunities Act. The law aims to strengthen the competitiveness of Germany as a business location with tax investment incentives. The Growth Opportunities Act was passed by the Bundestag on November 17, 2023. On November 24, 2023, the Federal Council referred the law to the Mediation Committee. Now that the Bundestag and Bundesrat have approved the Mediation Committee’s proposed amendment, it can come into force after it has been drawn up and announced.
